Dog Purchase Agreement

Seller guarantees that the dog purchased in this agreement is currently healthy and free of serious infections or illness. Dewclaws were removed on July 5, 2024 upon their first litter exam at a licensed veterinarian. If within 72 hours a practicing veterinarian deems the dog unhealthy, Buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours wherein arrangement may be made at Buyers request to return the dog for a full refund. 

Seller guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the Buyer. Every effort has been made to produce a litter both physically and mentally sound. However, still some things are in Mother Nature's hands. Seller does not guarantee the adult weight, color or hair type of the puppy being sold. 

Buyer is responsible at their own cost to verify the initial health of the dog with a practicing veterinarian within 72 hours of the signed date of this agreement and send documentation of the exam to the Seller. Failure to do so will void the Sellers 72 hour guarantee against serious infection or illness. 

The Buyer will assume all medical expenses for the dog once they assume custody of the dog. 

Both parties agree that this sale is final and Seller is free of any related obligations not specified in this contract as the dog is sold as is. 

Seller has the right to refuse selling to anyone at anytime. 

The Buyer should find a practicing veterinarian to keep current on vaccinations and health issues with the dog. Seller assumes no responsibility for the puppy once it leaves the premises. Seller does not pay vet bills or other cost under any circumstance. 

Buyer needs to consider all of the pros, cons and responsibilities of owning a puppy before their purchase. It is the love found in a forever home, patience, accountability, ownership and ongoing effective training to get good dogs. We recommend first time puppy owners enroll in puppy obedience classes. 

The dog will come with first set of vaccinations (August 13, 2024) from a practicing veterinarian, a cozy blanket that smells like mama and home, and a lot of love to give when love is given in their forever home.
